Salary: Salary / DOE
Responsibilities include:
- Communicate with clients about projects, goals, milestones, schedules, scope, etc.
- Manage & communicate project costs & schedules for commercial and public works projects to project team and upper management.
- Multitask and manage multiple projects of varying sizes.
- Able to develop and maintain positive relationships with current and new clients, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Able to assess and mitigate project risk.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Strong communication, customer service, and writing skills.
- Knowledgeable of NFPA 13, 14, 20, 24 standards.
- Able to provide accurate pricing and budgets for commercial projects.
- Review fire sprinkler drawings for quality assurance and code compliance.
- Able to create conceptual designs for bidding purposes.
- Able to perform site inspections to determine compliance with construction documents and provide resolution.
- Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Project, Word, Excel
Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree in Construction Management and/or in related field
- NICET Certification: Water-based systems layout, Level II or III
- HASS, AutoSPRINK, Bluebeam Revu, Autodesk Revit
